Our lighting designer, based in London, collaborated seamlessly with local specialists on-site who provided real time video feeds via mobile phones. Using the Light Coder software from the MONARQ system, all lighting scenarios were created and fine tuned remotely, without the need for anyone to be physically present at the installation
Thanks to this innovative approach, the local operations team now has full control over the site. They have immediate access to all relevant data, allowing them to monitor the system’s status and performance in real time. This newfound capability not only streamlines operations but also enables the team to scale their efforts to additional sites without needing to travel. Issues can be identified and addressed before they escalate critical for managing high-profile and iconic locations
